Sometimes we say things and are unaware of how they impact others, and sometimes comments are intentional. Regardless of intent, microaggressions can drastically impact people emotionally and professionally.

Yes! Please do a podcast on micro aggression phrases because it’s so important to know what they are and what where they come from and who they are hurting to be able to stop using them!
